1. Who we are
This policy applies to the website iptvca4k.ca and the IPTV Canada 4K service (“we”, “us”). We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for Quebec residents, Quebec’s privacy law.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us on WhatsApp or by email: your name, phone number and email address.
- Order details: the plan you choose, the number of screens, the dates of your plan and your payment confirmation.
- Technical details for setup: your device type and, for some devices, its MAC address.
- Support messages you send us.
We do not collect or store your full card number. Payments are handled by the payment provider you use, under its own privacy policy.
3. Why we use it
- To create and activate your account and send your login details.
- To answer your questions and help you set up your devices.
- To process payments, refunds and renewals.
- To prevent abuse, such as shared or resold accounts.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. WhatsApp and email
When you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. Email is handled by our email provider.
5. Cookies and website data
Our website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and to keep it fast and secure. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your plan is active and for as long as needed afterwards to handle renewals, refunds and our legal obligations. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@iptvca4k.ca and we will answer within 30 days.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We may update this policy. The version published on this page applies from the date shown below.
