How to Set Up IPTV Canada 4K on Any Device

Recommended app: IPTV Smarters Pro (free). It is installed with the free Downloader app, because it is not in the Amazon Appstore.

1. Install Downloader: on the home screen, open Find › Search, type “Downloader” and install it from the Amazon Appstore.
2. Allow the installation: go to Settings › My Fire TV › Developer options › Install unknown apps, and turn it on for Downloader. If you do not see Developer options, open Settings › My Fire TV › About and click on your device name 7 times.
3. Download IPTV Smarters Pro: open Downloader and enter the download link we send you on WhatsApp, then click Install.
4. Log in: open IPTV Smarters Pro, choose “Login with Xtream Codes API” and enter any name, then your username, password and server URL exactly as we sent them.
5. Start watching: wait for channels, movies and series to load, then open Live TV.

Downloader not allowed to install? A Fire TV update in late summer 2026 hid Downloader from the “Install unknown apps” list; Amazon has since released a fix. Update your Fire TV (Settings › My Fire TV › About › Check for updates), then try again. Prefer TiviMate? We send you its download link too.

Recommended app: TiviMate (free, with an optional Premium upgrade sold by its developer). Works on Sony, TCL and Hisense Android TVs, Chromecast with Google TV, Nvidia Shield and Android boxes.

1. Open the Google Play Store and search for “TiviMate IPTV Player”, then install it.
2. Open TiviMate and choose “Add playlist”, then “Xtream Codes”.
3. Enter your server URL, username and password and click Next.
4. Let TiviMate load the channels and the program guide, then click Done.

Prefer a simpler app? IPTV Smarters Pro works too: install it from the Play Store and log in with “Xtream Codes API”. An Ethernet cable gives the most stable picture for live sports.

Recommended app: IBO Player Pro, available in the Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) app stores. It activates with your TV’s MAC address.

1. Open the app store on your TV (Samsung Apps or LG Content Store), search for “IBO Player Pro” and install it.
2. Open the app: it shows a MAC address and a device key on screen. Take a photo of them.
3. Send the photo to us on WhatsApp. We add your IPTV Canada 4K playlist to your TV.
4. Restart the app: your channels, movies and the guide load automatically.

Good to know: IBO Player Pro comes with a free trial, after which its developer charges a small one-time activation fee per TV. This fee is paid to the app maker and is not part of your IPTV Canada 4K plan. To avoid it, use a Firestick or an Android box instead.

Recommended app: IPTVX, a polished player for Apple TV, iPhone, iPad and Mac. Free alternative: Smarters Player Lite.

1. Open the App Store and search for “IPTVX” (or “Smarters Player Lite”), then install it.
2. Open the app and add a new playlist, choosing Xtream Codes.
3. Enter your server URL, username and password and save.
4. Open Live TV and start watching. On iPhone and iPad you can also AirPlay to your TV.

Good to know: some features of IPTVX may require an in-app purchase from its developer. Smarters Player Lite is free.

No app needed: MAG boxes use their built-in portal, linked to the box’s MAC address.

1. Send us your MAG box’s MAC address on WhatsApp. It is printed on a sticker under the box (it starts with 00:1A:79).
2. On the box, open Settings › System settings › Servers › Portals.
3. Enter the portal URL we send you in Portal 1, then save.
4. Restart the box: the portal and your channels load automatically.

Recommended app: VLC media player (free, from videolan.org). On Mac, IPTVX from the Mac App Store adds a full TV guide.

1. Download VLC from the official website, videolan.org, and install it.
2. Open VLC and choose Media › Open Network Stream (on Mac: File › Open Network).
3. Paste the M3U link we send you and click Play.
4. Open the playlist view (Ctrl+L on Windows, Cmd+L on Mac) to browse all channels.
