IPTV Smarters Pro Not Working? Quick Fixes
“Invalid username or password”
Check each field for typing errors, capital letters and spaces at the end. Make sure you chose “Login with Xtream Codes API” and that the server URL starts with http.
Channels buffer or freeze
Restart your router and device, use 5 GHz Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable, and close other apps. If it continues, message us: we can switch your server.
The TV guide is empty or shows the wrong time
Go back to the dashboard and refresh the EPG. Then set the time shift in the app settings so the guide matches your Canadian time zone.
The app closes or won’t open
Clear the app cache (on Android and Firestick: Settings › Applications › IPTV Smarters Pro › Clear cache), restart the device, and update the app.
I installed a look-alike app by mistake
Uninstall it and download the version from WHMCS Smarters, or “Smarters Player Lite” on Apple devices. Ask us on WhatsApp if you’re not sure.
